FAQ – Clinisoothe+

The main active ingredient in Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier is sodium hypochlorite. Our unique laboratory process converts sodium hypochlorite into a high purity hypochlorous and harnesses the power of Clinisoothe+ hypochlorous to produce the perfect skin purifying solution. Our formula provides highly effective cleansing with none of the toxicity or nasties of traditional antimicrobial cleansing chemistries.

Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier is so effective because of the purity of the hypochlorous content. Despite it’s purity, hypochlorous is not absorbed by human skin cells. It has a skin neutral pH and contains no alcohol, petroleum, lanolin, oils or sulphates. It is non-toxic and non-irritant to human skin and is even non-cytotoxic to human skin cells. It is suitable for use on even the most sensitive skin.

Yes! Clinisoothe+ is suitable for all skin types, including those prone to acne, spots, eczema, psoriasis, sensitive and sore skin and rosacea. To use Clinisoothe+ as part of your daily routine, we recommend using after cleansing and removing any makeup before use. Apply liberally by spraying directly onto the skin or wiping on with a soaked cotton pad. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Although allergic reactions to Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier are highly unlikely, in the rare event that irritation occurs when using the product, please discontinue use immediately. Consult your doctor if irritation does not go away after 3-5 days. If you suspect you have a sensitivity we would strongly recommend that you test a small amount of any new product on the inside of your elbow. If you experience any redness or tingling you should return the product for a refund.

Most cleansers with antimicrobial properties intended for use on skin, are weak poisons. Whilst they can be effective at killing some pathogens, they also affect healthy skin cells and inhibit skin regeneration. Clinisoothe+ is different in that it uses an oxidising method of action which causes no harm to human skin, even to re-growing skin cells.

Clinisoothe+ is a highly stable, high purity, nature-replicating hypochlorous chemistry - nothing more, nothing less. You may find it has a mild smell of swimming pools when first applied. This is because that is how pure hypochlorous smells. We have chosen not to add fragrance to the product to ensure the purity of the hypochlorous and to avoid irritation for sensitive skin.

PLEASE NOTE: We are located in the UK, therefore, any order made from outside the UK will be subject to customs fees and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for customs clearance and taxes. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In your email, please include proof of purchase, your full name, date and method of purchase, stating the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.

Before returning your product, please read our returns policy above.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Clinical Health Technologies Ltd, Quantamatic House, Alan Bray Close, Hinckley Leicester, LE10 3BP. United Kingdom and we will issue you with a refund or exchange.

Please DO NOT ship your item unless you have ALREADY emailed us and notified us of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value in excess of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only want the best for our customers, so we only offer one type of delivery service with Inxpress. This gives you the added benefits of: next day delivery (for UK customers only), proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver and trackable delivery for mobile.

Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided by Inxpress. It is the buyers responsibility to carry out this claims process. If you are not in the United Kingdom please contact us at info@clinisoothe.com to determine the shipping charge for your country and destination.

All components of Clinisoothe+ packaging and bottle are widely recyclable. We also include packing peanuts to keep your product safe.

Our packing peanuts included in our delivery packaging are manufactured from starch material, they are fully compostable and 100% biodegradable. The product is fully soluble when saturated with water which takes away this issue of litter. It also conforms to EN13432.

The manufacturing process for the packing peanuts is a single-stage process (compared with the manufacturing process for the polystyrene version, which is multi-stage, uses more energy so is less environmentally friendly).

Starch is also an annually renewable resource.

We are not yet a fully sustainable beauty brand, but we are well on the way to achieving this goal. We already generate a large proportion of our own electricity from solar panels on our manufacturing facilities and we are currently evaluating the possibility of adopting completely biodegradable packaging made from sugarcane by-product. It’s not always easy to reduce packaging if your product is a liquid solution, but we are working hard to make sure that the benefits of Clinisoothe+ technology are not offset by the resources used to produce them. We are so pleased to share with you that 95% of the components of your Clinisoothe+ packaging, including the delivery box and outer packaging bottle are recyclable. Before recycling the bottle please discard the pump.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
