What is the active ingredient in Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier?

Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier is formulated with high-purity hypochlorous, created through a controlled laboratory process that converts sodium hypochlorite into a stable, cosmetic-grade solution. This advanced hypochlorous technology provides gentle cleansing antimicrobial protection while remaining suitable for all skin types.

Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier contains high-purity hypochlorous in a gentle, pH-balanced formulation. It is free from alcohol, petroleum, lanolin, oils and sulphates, and is non-irritating and suitable for even the most delicate skin. The formula is dermatologically tested for comfort, safety and compatibility.

Yes, Clinisoothe+ is suitable for all skin types, including those prone to acne, spots, eczema, psoriasis, sensitive and irritated skin and rosacea. To use Clinisoothe+ as part of your daily routine, we recommend spraying directly onto the skin after cleansing or apply using a soaked cotton pad. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Allergic reactions are unlikely, but if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. If the skin does not settle within 3–5 days, seek medical advice. When trying any new skincare product, we recommend patch testing on the inside of the elbow before first use. If you experience any redness or tingling you should return the product for a refund.

Phosphoric acid is used during the manufacturing process to help create the high-purity hypochlorous in Clinisoothe+. The final formulation is pH-balanced to match the skin, making it far less acidic than many everyday beverages and ensuring it remains gentle and comfortable to use.

Store Clinisoothe+ out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. If you prefer a cooling application, you may keep it in the fridge.

Clinisoothe+ contains high-purity hypochlorous, which can naturally produce a light, clean scent that some people associate with swimming pools. This is simply the nature of the ingredient. We do not add fragrance to ensure the formula remains gentle and suitable for sensitive skin.

Clinisoothe+ carries no contraindications and is safe to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Always discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Clinisoothe+ is dermatologically tested, pH-balanced and gentle on the skin. However, we do not recommend using cosmetic topical products on children under 3 years of age. If you choose to use it on young children, perform a patch test first and discontinue use if any reaction occurs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In your email, please include proof of purchase, your full name, date and method of purchase, stating the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.

Before returning your product, please read our returns policy above.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Clinical Health Technologies Ltd, Quantamatic House, Alan Bray Close, Hinckley Leicester, LE10 3BP. United Kingdom and we will issue you with a refund or exchange.

Please DO NOT ship your item unless you have ALREADY emailed us and notified us of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value in excess of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

US customers can purchase Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier from us.clinisoothe.com

International customers can currently only purchase Clinisoothe+ Skin Purifier online from clinisoothe.com.

We only want the best for our customers, so we only offer one type of delivery service with Inxpress.  This gives you the added benefits of: next day delivery (for UK customers only), proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver and trackable delivery for mobile.

Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided by Inxpress. It is the buyers responsibility to carry out this claims process. Currently, Clinisoothe+ bought directly from this website can only be returned using our returns policy.

All components of Clinisoothe+ packaging and bottles, apart from the spray pump, are widely recyclable. We also include packing peanuts to keep your product safe.

Our packing peanuts included in our delivery packaging are manufactured from starch material, they are fully compostable and 100% biodegradable. The product is fully soluble when saturated with water which takes away this issue of litter. It also conforms to EN13432.

The manufacturing process for packing peanuts is a single-stage process (compared with the manufacturing process for the polystyrene version, which is multi-stage, uses more energy so is less environmentally friendly).

Starch is also an annually renewable resource.

We are not yet a fully sustainable beauty brand, but we are well on the way to achieving this goal. We already generate a large proportion of our own electricity from solar panels on our manufacturing facilities and we are currently evaluating the possibility of adopting completely biodegradable packaging made from sugarcane by-product. We pride ourselves on the fact our packaging and product is suitable for vegans and is certified cruelty free.

It’s not always easy to reduce packaging if your product is a liquid solution, but we are working hard to make sure that the benefits of Clinisoothe+ technology are not offset by the resources used to produce them. We are so pleased to share with you that 95% of the components of your Clinisoothe+ packaging, including the delivery box and outer packaging bottle are recyclable. Before recycling the bottle please discard the pump.

You can cancel your subscription simply by logging onto your account and selecting “Manage my account” from there, you can either skip the month or cancel completely. 

Another way to access your account is to check in on your subscription emails, this will have a link to manage your account.

We have 4, 6 and 8 week subscription options to ensure that you never run out of Clinisoothe.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
